1-day Earth Sauna Sacred Gathering in Barrington, IL - $60 non-refundable tuition. This total amount goes to charity.

Spring Vision Quest-- 2 weekends-- $125 plus a $60 security deposit for the Earth Sauna Sacred Gathering. The $60 secuirty deposit for the Earth Sauna is 100% refunded. The $125 covers the actual costs for the vision quest. The facilitators do not accept any money for their time with the vision quest unless it is gifted to them after the completion of the vision quest solo weekend.

TUITION POLICY: This Earth Sauna is our give-away, and anyone can come regardless of ability to pay. Our costs are $60 per person at Ottawa and $60 per person at Barrington. A donation will be accepted to help cover the costs. You may choose to give any amount or not to give. You are welcome at all times regardless of whether you choose to donate or not. If you donate more than our per person costs, the extra will help cover the costs of others. If there is additional money left after all of the expenses are paid, the facilitators will gratefully accept any remaining money as a gift to them personally . Again, there is no minimum donation required in order to participate.

You DO need to send a check for $60 for the Ottawa sweat or $60 for the Barrington sweat along with the registration form. This deposit is to hold your spot for the sweat.. Once you arrive at the Ottawa sweat, the money will be refunded to you. Your $60 for the Barrington sweat is totally donated to charity. If this creates a difficulty for anyone, please contact Terry and other arrangements will gladly be made.

Refund Policy

100% security deposit and tuition refunds will be made if we are notified 14 days before the sacred gathering..

Security deposit and tuition refunds after this date may not be made unless someone is able to take your place. We usually have a waiting list, so please tell us early if you will not be able to attend. Your security deposit or tuition monies must be mailed at the time of registration unless special financial arrangements are made with Terry. Spaces cannot be held by phone or e-mail registration.
